 A series of core skills awareness workshops has been running for those referral and recruitment staff who work with the public on a daily basis. These workshops have been delivered on behalf of the Core Skills Development Partnership.
More than 300 staff from a range of organisations across the city have already attended these workshops. Response has been so great that additional workshops have been programmed. |
Participants take away with them a checklist to help them back in their jobs. The content of the training was solidly based on needs already identified by the frontline staff and has been very well received. To complement the Awareness Raising Workshops, a series of two day Core Skills Initial Assessment training sessions are being held .
